Spore Prints

Spore printing is a tool for mushroom identification. I collect fungi with gills and print their spores on paper and other materials. Sometimes I alter these prints by adding drawings or paintings, or by including the results in mixed-media pieces. This page documents material experiments and works in progress. Laser-etched works were created with the assistance of Dan Volk.
